WEAPONS POLICY - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

AUSTRALIAN STATE LAWS ON WEAPONS POLICY

  • Laws regarding Weapons vary in each State.

  • State laws change regularly making it impossible to give exact information regarding the legal status of items in every State of Australia. 

  • We strongly suggest that you contact your local State Police Department and ask them for specific information regarding the ownership of items you wish to purchase.

  • Metal Swords are only Prohibited in Victoria, however laws for daggers, crossbows and sling shots are different in each State.  

  • Consumer must be 18 or older to purchase weapons.

 

​VICTORIAN STATE LAWS ON WEAPONS POLICY

  • In Victoria as of January 2012, under the Victorian Control Weapons Act, Swords with steel blades and Daggers with double edge are deemed PROHIBITED.

  • We are not permitted to ship these items to a Victorian address unless you have an exemption or permit.

​SWORDS AND WEAPONS POLICY

  • You must be over 18 years to purchase sword, knife, dagger or axe.

  • Please be aware of your compliance with local and state laws to legally purchase sword, knife, dagger or axe.

  • We will not be responsible for any consequences of non-compliance.

 

WARNING

  • Do not swing any edged weapon carelessly.

  • REMEMBER, many of these are real weapons and must be treated with the same respect you would give a loaded firearm.

 

MAINTENANCE

  • All swords or weapons require responsible use, care, and maintenance.

  • Your sword should always be covered with a light coating of oil to prevent rust or rust spots on the blade.
